Returns will be accepted within 14 days after receiving, only in the original state: unworn and unwashed, all tags attached and free of from any stains.
We provide a full refund – the shipping costs aren’t covered.
Exchanges to a different size are possible, you will pay the shipping costs for the return, fill in the return form for a exchange. If the item is still in stock it will be send to you for free. If it isn’t in stock, you will receive an e-mail from us.
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us by contact@chouetteclub.com and send us a picture or the issues found. Faulty or incorrect items must be unworn, unwashed, all tags attached and ree from any stains to return!
If your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
